He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Accounting) from Central University College and is pursuing an M.A. in Ministry at Trinity Theological Seminary, Ghana.

As Board Chair, Emmanuel brings strategic leadership, financial oversight, and ethical guidance to the business, ensuring strong governance and sustainable growth.

Victoria Ayitey-Adjin is the Chief Operating Officer of Trust Point Insurance Solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the Ghanaian insurance industry, she has strong expertise in operations management, customer service, and sales and marketing.

She is a qualified Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (ACIIG) and holds a BSc. in Chemistry (KNUST) and an MBA in Marketing from Methodist University College, Ghana.

Chief Financial Officer

Wisdom Dzoagbe is the Chief Financial Officer of Trust Point Insurance Solutions, with over six years of experience in accounting and financial management.

His expertise includes financial reporting, tax compliance, internal auditing, budgeting, payroll management, and IFRS-compliant reporting. He is highly skilled in financial modeling and digital finance, with proficiency in Power BI, Tally ERP, and QuickBooks.

Wisdom holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration from the University of Ghana and is a Level II candidate at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).

HR / Head of IT

Alexis Sam Amankwanor is a corporate professional with experience in the health sector, specializing in human resource management, quality improvement, research and development, and corporate strategy.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Buffalo and a Master's degree in Public Health from Drexel University.

She provides strong leadership in human resources and organizational management.
